William Chapman

Will Chapman comes from a construction-oriented family, and one of his earliest jobs was as a commercial painter for bridges.  His family focused on major commercial projects in the mid-Atlantic region.  For the past 23 years, he has focused on residential and commercial real estate appraisals as a Certified General Appraiser and owner of Portfolio Appraisals firm here in Maine. He has appraised hundreds of new construction properties and has built and developed residential housing.  His investment portfolio includes several new construction properties.

Through all this work, he knows the value of a strong team, and the crew that facilitates the work of Portfolio Construction homes appreciates the values of quality and certainty of timing.  Having owned, lived, and raised his family in a modular home built by the same provider that works with Portfolio, he appreciates the craftsmanship, engineering, durability, and the value of having a home built to exacting standards, strong enough to withstand harsh Maine weather.
